He played professional hockey for 8 years, 4 with the St. Louis Blues here in the states and 4 years overseas in Europe. After his pro hockey career ended, he dove in deep into the world of real estate and acquired his first flip in 2004. He has gone on to do over 800 transactions since then and has started multiple businesses, as well as helping to start one of the country’s largest real estate education programs.

3:30 How Bob got into real estate and VA staffing
Bob left Boston University just two classes short of graduating to sign with the Saint Louis Blues who offered him a $110k signing bonus in 1996, he never went back to school.
He played two years for the St. Louis Blues, a couple more years in the United States, and then a couple different countries in Europe.
He started reading a couple books that were on real estate and then he bought a course on real estate and how to drive around and find properties.
He decided to rehab and made an offer on a property for $135k that was listed for $180k….he found money, found contractors and everything else he needed.
He rehabbed it, listed it and made $32K in two months time.
He took a step back and realized he had no systems and processes in place. This was all in 2004 and education and information was not nearly the same as it is today.

Bob was attracted to short sales…he asked everyone who was the top person in Connecticut who does short sales? Everyone pointed to Pat Precourt, he asked to work with him as a door knocker and they have since done over 1,000 short sales together.
Fortune builders reached out to Pat and Bob to partner with them as well for collaborating for a coaching program which they agreed to.

2013 Bob was introduced to working with a virtual assistant and almost immediately realized it could be a great business.
They mapped out a business model and tested it for two years…and now they have 500+ members using their VA’s
