IF3 Release 3.74 is out and while there aren’t new features on this release, our team has listened to feedback and provided enhancements and fixed bugs to make it an even more seamless experience inside of IF3. ⭐ Texting Updates with Twilio
The rules around texting are changing and in order to preserve the deliverability of our messages, we had to introduce texting features that make us compliant with our provider, Twilio, and the new laws around texting and communicating with leads. 👍 Updates for All Plans
Tokens Improvement – When you are using tokens in your SMS and emails, the log entries do not contain the data being sent, it instead displays the token itself“{{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, etc. We have improved that now to show the actual data being sent out.

Twilio validator – The texting feature that comes with your subscription has been left untouched for quite some time now and we believe it’s about time we update it, especially with the new texting regulations the platform has released. Below is a list of all the changes we have made.
- Sender Identification – Sending SMS will now require signatures added to it.
- Opt-out Language – IF3 will now detect keywords like “STOP, CANCEL, etc.” and verify with you if the recipient indeed does not want to be contacted via SMS.
- Phone Number Lookup Logic – The system will now check if the number you are trying to send an SMS to is valid or not. It will validate if the number is a landline, overseas, or has an incorrect format.

🛠️ Bug Fixes for All Plans
CallRail’s Text Message Sent Webhook is not posting an entry in the activity log – We fixed an issue with the outbound webhooks not posting when texting outside of IF3 using an integrated CallRail number.
Due Diligence Results – Completing Due Diligence actions was not posting the results in the activity box. This has been fixed.
Can’t move down Workflow steps – Workflow had an issue with not allowing users to move down its steps. We have fixed this and it is now working.
