Meet Bob Doyle
Bob Doyle joins to show to discuss rewiring your brain through meditation, visualization, and breath-work. Bob Doyle is best known for his contribution to the film and book “The Secret”, as a law of attraction expert and coach.
0:00 – Intro
Bob talks about his career about how he got started being a broadcaster for the first seven years of his career, jumping to other career paths and being disillusioned along the way which led him to get into personal development. Then he was discovered by the producers of The Secret.
4:36 – People are on Autopilot
Bob talks about how many people are on autopilot, despite what many people think are conscious decisions. He explains how our logic and thought processes are filled with limiting beliefs and ideas that do not support our greater good. On the positive side, he says that our brain is programmable and becoming conscious of that fact.
6:40 – How to get Started with Rewiring our Brains
Bob goes about asking them about their goals and why it is important to them. He goes on to explain that this would help determine who the person needs to be to hit their goals or if it’s a few tweaks that can alter your behavior closer to what you are aiming for.
9:25 – The Stories we Tell Ourselves are the Worst Damage we Do
The choice of who we want to depend entirely on us. Bob emphasizes that our limiting beliefs come from the stories that we tell ourselves and how it gets reinforced the more we believe in them. Just like learning anything in life, personal development takes time.
12:33 – Meditation and Visualization
The magic of the human brain is its ability to visualize things that have not yet occurred. The brain will make changes to itself just based on one’s imagination and not necessarily doing the thing you think of. Bob brings up doing morning and evening visualizations in his coaching, and how it’s free to do without the need for courses and certifications to complete.
16:45 – Breathwork
Bob brings up the benefits of doing breathwork and how it is excellent for neurogenesis, which is the creation of new brain pathways. Bob also recommends the book “The Science of Getting Rich”.
19:00 – The Brain Adapts to the New Messages You Send It
According to Bob, it boils down to the science of continually sending your brain new messages and avoiding the pitfall of going back to the old thought processes and triggers which may be a case of the person’s reluctance to fully give up his old habits and tendencies.
19:40 – Bob’s Transformational Quiz and the 4 Types
Bob goes over the 4 different types of people as defined in the transformational quiz. He explains that whoever you end up being from the quiz (Skeptic, Seeker, Wizard, or People Pleaser), does not sabotage your journey towards transformation. You can take the transformational quiz as well to identify your type.

Goal Setting and Mindfulness with Bob Doyle from “The Secret” on our Podcast
Bob Doyle is best known for his contribution to the film and book “The Secret”, as a law of attraction expert and coach.
He has been teaching these principles through programs, live events, podcasts, live streams, coaching, writing, and even virtual reality, since 1998. He is driven by his passion for creative self-expression and his work is heavily focused on helping people decide who they want to be and how they want to express themselves.
Recently, Bob’s attention has shifted from the metaphysical aspects of the Law of Attraction or “reality creation” process to a more grounded and biological look at what controls our experiences… our brain.
Bob believes that an understanding of how our brain is processing our experience of reality empowers even Law of Attraction skeptics to see results with creating their lives by design instead of by default.
In addition to his work in personal transformation, Bob has also been a voiceover artist since 1985, and the host of The Bob Doyle Show, where Bob showcases his other outlets of creativity including music, computer animation, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and more.
