We’ve been working on some big stuff…more information coming soon on that but in the meanwhile IF3 Release 3.55 includes a new feature for Dead Reasons, enhanced Opportunities and Team Users and we fixed a couple of bugs.
IF3 Release 3.55 New Feature
Dead Reasons – This new feature allows you to categorize your Opportunity Dead Reasons in a very granular way. This will enhance your KPIs so you can better analyze failed Opportunities and pivot or adjust as necessary. You can also set up a task, email notification, and webhook post that automatically triggers when a Dead Reason is selected.

Enhancements
Creating a New Opportunity – The phone and email fields are required when creating a new opportunity but it wasn’t obvious and was causing some confusion as to why they could not create the opportunity. We added asterisks (*) in the fields
Email and Name in Team Users – In the last update, we made some changes around Team Users where the user’s name will be displayed if they filled out the information in their My Profile. As a result, their emails can no longer be seen and was causing some confusion. Now if you hover over the user’s name, their email will appear!
Export Calc Fields – We tweaked the exporting functionality specifically for Calc fields to display the calculated numbers instead of showing the equation of each field.
Bug Fixes
Changing User Role – We fixed an issue where if you change a user’s role from Agent to Manager, the gear icon in the left menu does not appear.
UI Fix – When you manually change the campaign of an opportunity and click out of it, it still says it’s attached to the old campaign and needs a refresh for the info to update. Not anymore! The info will now stick after manually changing the campaign.
