InvestorFuse Release 3.93 is now live and we have focused on bug fixes and enhancements to other sections of the area. Take a look at what’s under the hood for InvestorFuse Release 3.93.
👍 Enhancements for All Plans
Ability to delete contact categories – Before this update, users had to go to each contact with the category you want to delete and remove from each contact one by one just to delete the category, but now we made a contact category interface so you can manage them more easily!
Added log for who created campaign costs – This one was a feature request by users and we also thought that it would indeed be useful! Users who add campaign costs will now be logged along with the cost details!
🛠️ Bug Fixes for Pro and/or Premium Plans
Pro Lead Routing Blocked – There was an issue with Pro users not being able to access lead routing, this is now fixed. All Pro and Premium users would be able to access lead routing without issues.
Under contract opportunities not appearing in the transactions list – There was an interesting issue when opportunities under transactions would disappear in the list, this was caused when users did not select a status when updating it. This is now fixed for all transaction items.
Restricted users – Cannot access leads that they own through the group tabs – There was report regarding users not being able to access opportunities they own through the group tabs, this has been addressed so users should be able to access them now.
🛠️ Bug Fixes for All Plans
Dashboard – Verbal offer tracked as contract sent – There was a minor issue with the dashboard tracking Verbal offers as a contract sent, this has been adjusted now so verbal offers will be tracked accordingly.
Double texting – There was an issue with sending SMS in the system which caused them to be sent twice, this has been fixed in this release.
Qualified vs Unqualified conversion percentage is also inaccurate – There was a problem with Qualified vs Unqualified conversion percentage which caused it to go over 100%. We have adjusted the calculation so it should show accurate results now.
Conversion calc for unqualified vs under contract is not working – Our developers have fixed the KPI for unqualified vs under contract, this should now show the correct data.
Sequence completion being tracked as an action completed – When sequences are completed, it is tracked by the system as an action completed which causes inaccurate data in the dashboard, this has been addressed in this release.
Appointment booked KPI counts the attendee instead of the assigned – The appointment booked KPI was tracking the attendee instead of the user who actually booked the appointment, this has been fixed now.
Pinned actions jumbled up – The pinned actions didn’t follow the sorting scheme and showed up in random order, our developers fixed this on this release.
File attachment names are cut in half – We have fixed an issue with file names being cut in half on smaller screen sizes.
Google Street View not working – There were some opportunities wherein the Google Street View functionality did not work, this was an issue with Google and we have made the proper code adjustments so it should work now.
Call New lead based on EST – The Call new lead action was always being based on EST regardless of the team timezone, this has been rectified now on this release.
