IF3 Release 3.61 is out! We made some awesome additions and tweaks to the Dashboard that we hope will help you understand your business better. We also made some more adjustments to Labels inside of Campaigns to make it even sweeter. Lastly there are a few bug fixes for duplicate opportunities, outbound webhooks and a leftover issue with sequences.
Enhancements
Dashboard Enhancements – The Dashboard is getting some love in this update.
- First, we renamed the menu from Team Dashboard now to just Dashboard.
- Second, we added new Data Points that teams wanted to see and we’re still planning on adding some more based on your feedback.
- Third, there is now a pop-up to see the opportunities that are contributing to the data that’s being tracked. For example, we can now see which opportunities were touched, sent an offer, closed, and so on, this week, etc.
More updates are still to come for the Dashboard!

Campaign Labels – Another improvement to the Label system has been made. Adding a label in a campaign will automatically tag it to the opportunities created through the campaign. This makes tagging more convenient for everyone!

IF3 Release 3.61 Bug Fixes
Duplicate Opportunities – We received reports about duplicate opportunities being created in the system when a seller goes to a lead source the second time. After a thorough investigation, we realized that this is being caused by duplicate contacts that were created way before the second submission. This is now fixed and should no longer be happening.
Opportunity Created Outbound Webhook – The Opportunity Created outbound webhook doesn’t trigger when the opportunity is manually created. This limits the functionality around this webhook so we adjusted it to trigger for manual creation as well.
Old “Active” Sequences – The sequences were not working properly in the early days of IF3. Teams would start the sequences but no messages would go out and they would get stuck in the sequence. We developed a hotfix where we can cancel the sequence in the queue on our end so you can continue to schedule the next follow-up.
