Ho ho ho! We’ve come bearing gifts 🎅 inside of IF3 Release 3.63
IF3 Release 3.63 is here and it’s the last release to close out 2021 with a bang. There are even more improvements to the Dashboard by adding new data points and we squashed all bugs in order to start 2022 with a bug-free experience.
Enhancements for all Plans
Dashboard – We are introducing a new terminology in the system called Leads to help us better understand and differentiate the status of the sellers in the system. In the Dashboard, the data will be broken down into Leads and Opportunities.
Leads are basically sellers in the Qualification pipeline. Meaning they are unqualified sellers that you are still trying to get a hold of and find the potential of a deal. While Opportunities are sellers in the Pursue pipeline or the ones that you have spoken to and determined that there is a good deal there and now you’re scheduling an appointment or making an offer.
In each category, you will see an even further breakdown of the data showing you the active Leads/Opportunities by status and employee or by group if you are a Premium team. You click on the groups and see another breakdown of those sellers and who they’re assigned to. These 3 levels of breakdowns allow you to get granular with the KPIs!

Enhancement for Premium Plans
Conversion Dashboard – Below the Leads and Opportunities section is the Conversion Dashboard that is only available to Premium teams. This gives you the big-picture view of how your entire team is doing in number format. There is also a breakdown of Conversion by employee.
A few more data points for Premium teams are:
- Average Days to Opportunity which tells the average days it takes for your team to convert Leads into Opportunities,
- Average Days to Contract or how long it takes for your team to convert Opportunities to Contracts
- Average Days to Deal or how long it takes for your team to convert Contracts to Deals
Employee Scorecard – Employee Scorecard is a separate tab in the Dashboard section that is only visible to Premium teams. This section shows you a real-time weekly performance view of your employees based on the data points you see in the Dashboard and then some. A cron job is set to run every Monday at 1 am EST to update the weekly scorecard and add the new week.

IF3 Release 3.63 Bug Fixes for All Plans
1st Contract Date – The 1st Contract date in the mini Dashboard inside the opportunity where the touches are would not populate if you create the ‘send contract’ action with no contracts integration. This should update with or without integration and will now do so moving forward!
Contact Pipeline Refresh – The pipeline in the Contacts section takes forever to update when you add or delete a contact. This gives the illusion that it is not working so we implemented an auto-refresh that occurs whenever you add or delete a contact so it updates immediately.
Duplicating Groups – Duplicating groups in the Groups section caused the system to crash and redirect to a 404 error. This is now fixed!
Round Robin to Group – When you create a Group and try to set it as the default assignee to round-robin the leads, the group would not appear as an option in the drop-down. It’s fixed so you can now round robin leads to multiple team members.
Bug Fixes for Premium Plans
Automatic External Sending – Setting the External Sending to Automatic was not triggering the Email Notification and Webhook. This is also fixed.
