✨ Enhancements for Premium Plans
Push To – We heard that a number of users were spending more time than they can afford clicking around the system when working on actions, with that in mind, we looked for a way to cut down on the clicks and give you more time to actually work! And thus we developed Workflows, it is a brand new feature which is aimed at making your next actions more efficient and uniform, it allows you to save certain next action settings and selections to be used whenever you need to.

Released Opportunities in Employee Scorecard – We’ve just added another KPI tracker within the Employee scorecard, this time it’s for you to track how many opportunities have been released by your team back into groups!
🔥 Enhancements for Pro and Premium Plans
Workflows – Some teams follow specific procedures when an opportunity reaches certain stages, like assigning specific tasks when an appointment is scheduled and such. Doing these each time can become bothersome and time consuming. This is where Workflows come in, it will allow you to do either or all of these three things when a certain action or label is set, assign a task, send emails out, and/or send lead data to a webhook.

Templates – This has been a popular request and long awaited feature, we listened and we heard you! Templates are now available for you to take advantage of. Users can now save their favorite email and sms spiels so it can be sent immediately without the hassle of typing it over and over again, same goes with tasks and custom actions, with just a couple of clicks you can pre fill your email, sms, task, and custom actions!

Resurfacing Improvements – We added the option to disable resurfaced opportunities from resurfacing again, this will prevent unwanted endless resurfacing loops.
We also added a date indicator on when the opportunity was resurfaced and how many times it did, this will make it easier for users to track and gauge resurfaced opportunities.
Lastly, we added more details in the activity log entry for resurfaced opportunities. This way users can easily identify the Resurfacing rule that was triggered.
👍 Enhancements for All Plans
Task Descriptions – Task titles are sometimes not enough to provide details of what needs to be done, this is why we added an additional description field where you can put in notes and perhaps further instructions for said task.
Dead Reason, Sub-reason logging – We decided to add the Sub-reason in the activities section when marking an opportunity dead so users will have a way to see it if needed.
🛠️ Bug Fixes for All Plans
Seller phone number disappearing – We fixed a bug where the contact details sometimes do not load completely in the actions list page.
Restricted agent notifications – We received reports where restricted agents were not getting any notifications at all, this is now fixed.
Team dashboard stuck loading – A few teams have encountered an issue with the Dashboard loading, it continuously loads with end when selecting a different date range. This has been fixed and all teams can now select any date range in the dashboard without issues.
