đź‘Ť Enhancements for All Plans
Dialpad Integration – InvestorFuse Release 3.98 and 3.99.1 now adds a new native phone integration. In our mission to be more flexible and provide users with more options, we have now added the feature to natively integrate Dialpad. This will work similarly with how smrtPhone integrates with InvestorFuse!
Plecto Integration – If your team is using Plecto to track KPIs in a centralized fashion, then good news! We have now added the webhooks needed to integrate with Plecto. This will provide bigger teams with a way to track metrics in their own system and formula.
Mark as Dead in Change status is now Back – After its long absence, the option to Mark opportunities dead via change status is back! This was turned off due to some inconsistencies appearing in our database, and after adding multiple fail safes, we have decided to put it back!
🛠️Bug Fixes
These are the Bugs that were fixed on this release:
Bug Fixes for Pro and/or Premium Plans
No option to leave custom action template unassigned – In the custom action template, the option to leave an action unassigned to any user was missing.
Contract accepted KPI is tracking incorrectly – The contract accepted KPI was tracking other status such us record verbal offer, etc.
Opportunities moving to transactions accidentally – When a user accidentally clicks on move to transactions, the opportunity is moved immediately even when the action has not been fully completed yet.
Existing leads assigned KPI is off by default – The existing leads assigned KPI is a relatively new KPI and tends to go under the radar since it’s not turned on by default, we have changed it to always be on unless turned off.
Turning on the follow up feature in campaign autoresponder clears data – When you turn on the follow up feature in a campaign autoresponder and you have a message already typed in, it will delete that message and force you to start over.
Speed to lead and outbound communications KPI tracking owner – The speed to lead and outbound communications was tracking the opportunity owner instead of the actual user who touched the lead or sent out a message to them.
Bug Fixes for All Plans
Tasks in sequence have blank labels – When you add a task in a sequence as a step, some of the fields are blank. This would cause confusion for some users because they won’t know immediately what the field is for and what data to input.
Spaces in emails are being counted when inviting guests – When inviting guests, you will need to enter their email address, but if you accidentally pressed the spacebar without noticing it, the system will count it as a part of the email address which will cause the invite to not work.
SMS notifications for new leads are not working – There was a short period where the new lead SMS notifications stopped working, this was immediately fixed in less than 24 hours.
UI issue when completing tasks in transaction – When you update a transaction status, it will ask you if you want to complete some of the tasks in the opportunity. If the task title was too long, it would extend outside of the dialogue box.
Notification for mentions not working – When mentioned in the comments, the notification to the user wouldn’t go out so they won’t notice unless they manually check the notification icon within the app.
Some cancelled sequences are still triggering steps – Some of the steps of a cancelled sequence would still trigger even after being cancelled.Â
Some messages in sequences are being sent multiple times – Some of the SMS in a sequence, particularly smrtPhone users, would get sent multiple times which caused confusion with some of the sellers.
Paused sequence filter not working – The filter for paused sequences would also show active sequences.
Exported opportunities are missing some data – When doing an export all data, the spreadsheet that you will get will not include data such as pipeline, sub-pipeline, notes, etc.
Last touch KPI is not working – The Last touch KPI was not tracking anything, even when completing an action or sending out a message to the seller.
Actions being left unassigned – There was a weird issue where some of the actions were being left unassigned for no apparent reason. Additional fail safes were installed for this.
