In IF3 Release 3.49 we’ve done more work on Calc Fields to make them so much more flexible and valuable to your team. We also did some extra work for our new Contracts features to make duplicating and deleting draft contracts quicker and easier.
Enhancements
Calc Field Improvements – When we released Calc Fields last week in Release 3.49 you could only use default fields in the equation. In this update, you can now add custom number fields in the equation to do any calculations that you can come up with. You can also use other calc fields in your formula to create “cascading” equations!
An example of this would be one calc field does closing costs, another rehab cost, and another holding costs… put it all together in a different calc field and you have your maximum allowable offer.
Example below 🙂

Contract Drafts – We added the ability to duplicate or delete draft contracts in the Offers/Contracts tab. Less clicks for you if you want to do multiple variations of your main draft contract.

Email Notification Tweaks – Slight adjustments were done to the email notifications to make them look a lot better.
Opportunity Forms UI – We added a scroll bar to the Opportunity Forms UI for teams who created a lot of forms. This should tidy up the section.
Bug Fixes
Custom Opportunity Forms – In this IF3 release ee fixed the issue with selecting different custom forms per opportunity. You can now have Form A be the default form across the board but use Form B in some opportunities.
Use Opportunity Owner – We found a couple of issues with the Use Opportunity Owner assignee when creating the next action where it would always assign the action to the person creating it. This was also not working as expected in the Sequences’ next action. We fixed them!
Webform Submissions – Drop down fields in the webform submissions were displaying numerical value instead of the actual answer that was selected. This was confusing when reading through the submissions but now it’s fixed!
