Enhancements

New Notifications – There are now two notification settings for new Opportunities, when a new Opportunity is created and assigned to anyone and when an Opportunity is created and assigned to you. This change adds a level of granularity in the notifications and will tie into a feature that we will be releasing soon.

Multiple Delivery Methods and Re-sending of Contracts – The old process of sending contracts using multiple delivery methods was cumbersome and can highly affect your KPIs because you had to create the “send contract” action multiple times. We are introducing a better way of sending contracts using multiple delivery methods where you just have to select how you want to send the contract and everything will go out at once.

There is now also a Resend button in the Offers/Contracts tab whenever you need to send the contract to the seller again.

Additional Campaigns – After this update, if a seller that’s already in your system goes through one of your lead sources again, it will now display from which campaign they went through the second time around. You can now keep track of where your sellers are sending their info even when they are already in your system.

Bug Fixes

Export Clean Up – When you do an  “All fields” export, it used to contain duplicate columns and fields with missing info. We cleaned up the whole export functionality and added a column for the opportunity owner info.
