Brandin has been in Real Estate for over 12 years and focuses on a local market in Florida.

He’s got his own call center and has to pipe through them 10,000s leads a month. He hired top Excel developers to make macros and tried all the other solutions out there for investors, but nothing worked.

So he started designing his own solution.

What he showed me was an elegant solution to handling tons of data.

Gone are the days of Excel.

Gone are the days of macros to scrub duplicates.

Gone are the days of trying to manually stack properties to figure out what are the hot prospects.

We set out to create a way for you to upload data, and when exporting it classify why you are exporting so we could track per property record who you attempted to skip trace it with and how many times.
